Psychotropic medication may only be administered to a patient at a public or private mental health facility that has established the procedures set forth in NAC 433.260 to 433.285, inclusive, without the consent of the patient after the procedures have been completed and a decision has been made to involuntarily administer the medication pursuant to NAC 433.285.
