Section 433.372 - Record regarding recipient of services: Retention; availability for review by representatives of Department

1. A provider shall retain the original records of each person who receives services from the provider as provided in section 27, or photographic reproductions of such records, for at least 3 years after the provider ceases to provide services to the person.
2. All such records must be complete, current and readily available for review by representatives of the Department.
