Operation of Provider
Section 433.351 - Policies and procedures of governmental or organizational provider

If a provider is a governmental entity or an organization, it shall, in conformance with sections 2 to 33, inclusive, establish policies and procedures for the provision of services and the welfare of the persons it serves.
