Section 433.345 - Renewal of certificate

Current through December 31, 2024
Upon the expiration of a certificate, the Division may renew the certificate of the provider for any period not to exceed 2 years if the Division conducts a quality assurance review as provided in section 19 and determines that the provider is in compliance with the standards for the provision of services set forth in sections 2 to 33, inclusive.
