Section 432B.280 - Referral of cases to court; provision of pamphlet to person responsible for child's welfare; assistance of guardian or advocate appointed by court

Upon taking a child into protective custody, the agency which provides child welfare services shall provide to the person who is responsible for the child's welfare, at the time of the child's placement in protective custody, a copy of the pamphlet described in paragraph (k) of subsection 1 of NRS 432B.190.
4. When the court appoints a guardian ad litem or special advocate for a child, an agency which provides child welfare services shall give the guardian ad litem or special advocate access to all reports and records relevant to the case.
