Section 432A.360 - Limitation on disclosure of information pertaining to child

1. The licensee of a facility shall not disclose to any person who is not a member of the staff of the facility or a member of the licensing staff of the Division information pertaining to any child, unless:
(a) The parent has given
written permission for the disclosure; or
(b) There is an emergency as determined by
the director or the member of the staff who is in charge at the time of the
emergency.
2. The licensee of a facility shall have available forms which allow a parent to release information pertaining to his or her child.
