1. To maintain his or her license, the licensee must ensure that his or her facility meets all standards for environmental health which are established by the Division.

2. Reports of inspections concerning the sanitation of a facility must be maintained in a physical file at the facility and available for review at the facility A by parent of a child who attends the facility or a parent who is considering enrolling a child at the facility for at least 2 years after the date of the inspection.
