Section 432A.620 - Accommodations for child to rest; supervision of resting child

1. A licensee of a facility that provides care for ill children must provide:
(a) An
area for each child to rest without disturbance from other
activities.
(b) A bed or crib for
each child that must be at least 6 inches above the floor.
2. A member of the staff shall supervise a resting child.
