Section 432A.164 - "Shelter child care institution" defined

1. "Shelter child care institution" means a child care institution which provides residential care on a 24-hour basis to children who are in the custody of an agency which provides child welfare services and who are in need of temporary protection and care.
2. As used in this section, "agency which provides child welfare services" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 432B.030.
