Chapter 432A - Services and Facilities for Care of Children

Section 432A.095 - "Facility for special events" defined

1. "Facility for special events" means a facility which is:
(a)
Operated by a business that is licensed to conduct a business other than the
provision of care to children; and
(b) Located on the premises of a business at
which a special event is held.
2. The term does not include care to children that is provided in a hotel or motel room or in the private home of a person who is attending a special event.
