PROGRAM FOR PERSONS WITH TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURIES
Section 427A.620 - Application to participate in Program: Form; requirements

A person who wishes to participate in the Program must submit an application on a form prescribed by the Division to the Division or to a contractor designated by the Division. The application must require an applicant to demonstrate that the applicant:

1. Is a resident of this State;

2. Has been diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury;

3. Requires assistance in one or more of the areas described in NRS 427A.850;

4. Has exhausted all other resources available to pay for the services offered through the Program, including, without limitation, public and private health insurance; and

5. Meets any other requirements of the Division to establish that the applicant is suitable to be a recipient.
