The Attorney for the Rights of Older Persons and Persons with a Physical Disability, an Intellectual Disability or a Related Condition may allow any pleading to be amended or corrected or any omission to be supplied. Pleadings must be liberally construed and defects that do not affect a substantial right of a party must be disregarded.
