Section 427A.3265 - Computation of time

The time within which any act required by NAC 427A.320 to 427A.3395, inclusive, must be accomplished is computed by excluding the first day and including the last day unless the last day is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, in which case the next business day is the last day of the time limit.
