Section 424.805 - Provision of services to foster parents caring for children in custody of agency which provides child welfare services

1. The agency which provides child welfare services shall provide direct services to foster parents who are caring for children in the custody of the agency which provides child welfare services. Those services include, without limitation:

In addition to the services provided to foster parents pursuant to subsection 1, the licensing authority shall, using funding available to providers of family foster care, provide a program of respite care, develop guidelines for access to any other program of respite care and ensure that those guidelines are provided to providers of family foster care.
