Section 410.070 - "Visible" defined

"Visible" means capable of being seen without visual aid by a person of normal visual acuity. For purposes of NAC 410.010 to 410.120, inclusive, a junkyard is not visible if the junk cannot be seen over, under, through or outside of the screen.
