A provider of telecommunications or a community antenna television company that applies for an occupancy permit pursuant to NAC 408.438 to 408.4424, inclusive, is not required to comply with the provisions of NAC 408.429 to 408.437, inclusive, and 408.527 to 408.557, inclusive.
