Section 408.4384 - "Right-of-way" defined

"Right-of-way" means the longitudinal right-of-way along, under or above a state or federal highway that:
1. Is not vacated, abandoned, relinquished or otherwise disposed of; or
2. The Department has determined is not likely to be disposed of, in accordance with the provisions of NRS 408.523, 408.527 or 408.533.
