Section 408.057 - "Clear zone" defined

"Clear zone" means the area of a roadside within the right-of-way of the highway which must be kept clear of obstructions which are above the ground or mounted on the ground to allow a person to regain control of a motor vehicle after it leaves the highway because the person has lost control of the motor vehicle.
