RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF SPECIFIC PARKS AND AREAS
Section 407.290 - Lahontan State Recreation Area

Within Lahontan State Recreation Area, a person shall not:
1. Use any part of the Recreation Area for a musical concert without the permission of the Supervisor of the Recreation Area;
2. Engage in any aquatic sport within the area around the dam marked by buoys or in any spillway or canal; or
3. Use a chainsaw within any part of the Recreation Area without approval from the Supervisor of the Recreation Area.
