Within Echo Canyon State Park, the provisions of subsection 1 of NAC 407.140 apply only within a 200-foot radius of any campsite. Outside that area, a pet or other domestic animal is not required to be kept on a leash or otherwise contained if it is under the immediate control of the owner.
