RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF SPECIFIC PARKS AND AREAS
Section 407.240 - Dayton State Park

1. Within the Dayton State Park, a person shall not:

(a) Enter the water or stand in a canal or headgate; or

(b) Camp for more than 7 days in any 30-day period.

2. To use Dayton State Park, a group of 201 or more persons must obtain a special use permit from the Division.
