Section 407.065 - Procedure for registration of participant in recreational activity

1. The supervisor of a park may prescribe the procedure for registration of a participant in any recreational activity.
2. As used in this section, recreational activity includes, but is not limited to, rock climbing, rappelling, hang gliding, hiking, parasailing, skiing, scuba diving and horseback riding.
