Chapter 407 - State Parks and Other Recreational Areas
GENERAL RESTRICTIONS ON USE
Section 407.110 - Sanitation

No person may:
1. Use any trash can or other facility for refuse in a park to dispose of garbage or other waste brought into the park.
2. Clean fish, food, clothing or kitchenware at any place that the supervisor of the park has not authorized for that use.
3. Place any bodily waste, wastewater, sewage, effluent, discharge from sinks, toilets or other plumbing fixtures, containers or holding tanks, oil, fuel or any other hazardous or offensive substance upon the ground or in the water of a park.
