GENERAL RESTRICTIONS ON USE
Section 407.090 - Fires; firewood or other combustibles

1. In a park, a person shall not light, build or maintain a fire:

(a) Except in a portable stove, a barbecue or a fireplace; or

(b) On the ground, unless the fire is in an enclosure provided by the Division or approved by the supervisor of the park.

2. Firewood or other combustibles must be contained within the rims of grills or stoves provided by the Division. Any material to be burned must not be longer than 22 inches or contain any nails, screws or other fasteners or other metal objects.
