Section 407.010 - Applicability

1. The provisions of NAC 407.050 to 407.150, inclusive, and sections 2 and 3 of this regulation apply to all lands administered by the Division.
2. The prohibitions and restrictions of this chapter do not apply to employees of the Division while carrying out the duties of their employment.
