Section 391.307 - Authorization to serve as school nurse without endorsement

The Superintendent of Public Instruction may authorize a person who has not received an endorsement pursuant to NAC 391.305 to serve as a nurse in a school district whose enrollment is less than 5,000 pupils if the school district provides evidence to the Superintendent that a person who has received such an endorsement is not available for hire.
