EXCEPTIONS TO TEACH OUTSIDE AREA OF ENDORSEMENT

As used in NAC 391.146 to 391.158, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, "exception" means a waiver granted by the Superintendent of Public Instruction which permits the holder of a:
1. Secondary license; or
2. License to teach middle school or junior high school education, to teach outside his or her area of endorsement.
