ADMINISTRATION OF END-OF-COURSE FINALS, COLLEGE AND CAREER READINESS ASSESSMENTS AND OTHER EXAMINATIONS
Section 390.300 - Reporting of results to Department

A private entity that has contracted with the State Board to score an examination administered pursuant to NRS 390.105 or 390.600 shall report the results of the examination in writing to the Department.
