Section 389.386 - Eighth grade: Physical education

By the end of the eighth grade, pupils must know and be able to do everything required in the previous grades for courses in physical education offered in public schools. Instruction in sixth grade, seventh grade and eighth grade in physical education must be designed so that pupils meet the following performance standards by the completion of the eighth grade:
