Chapter 388G - Alternative School Management

1. On or before October 1 of each year, the Superintendent shall prepare a report with information from the school year before the immediately preceding school year which includes, without limitation:
(a) A
summary of the responsibilities for which authority to carry out was
transferred to the local school precincts pursuant to section 14 of this
regulation;
(b) A summary of the
results of the surveys administered pursuant to section 30 of this
regulation;
(c) An assessment of
the performance of the local school precincts based upon specific measures of
achievement which are established by the Superintendent on or before January 1
of the immediately preceding school year;
(d) An assessment of the effectiveness of
operating local school precincts and the School District in the manner set
forth in sections 2 to 31, inclusive, of this regulation; and
(e) Any recommendations for regulations or
legislation to improve the operation of the local school precincts and the
School District in the manner set forth in sections 2 to 31, inclusive, of this
regulation.
2. The Superintendent shall forward the report prepared pursuant to subsection 1 to the:
(a) Governor;
(b) Department; and
(c) Director of the Legislative Counsel
Bureau for transmittal to the members of the Nevada Legislature.
