1. The board of trustees of each school district shall evaluate relevant research and consult with teachers, administrators, parents, legal guardians and pupils when developing a policy for the instruction to teach English to pupils who are English learners.
2. Such a policy must include, without limitation, the content set forth in NAC 388.535 to 388.555, inclusive.
