Section 388.655 - Waiver from certain provisions

A school district may apply, in writing, to the Department of Education for a waiver from the provisions of NAC 388.625 to 388.650, inclusive. Upon a showing of good cause and circumstances that are unique to the district, the Department may grant a waiver from any of those provisions.
