Section 388.101 - "Related services" defined

"Related services" has the meaning ascribed to it in 34 C.F.R. § 300.34. The term does not include a medical device that is surgically implanted, the optimization of the functioning of such a device, the maintenance of such a device or the replacement of such a device.
