Any test or other device for assessment used pursuant to NAC 388.330 to 388.440, inclusive, and section 10 of this regulation must comply with the evaluation procedures set forth in 34 C.F.R. §§ 300.304 to 300.311, inclusive of this regulation, and NAC 388.340 and 388.420.
