Section 387.115 - "Weighted count of enrollment" defined

"Weighted count of enrollment" means the unweighted count of enrollment except that the number of pupils in kindergarten who are enrolled in a program of instruction that provides less than 240 minutes of instruction in each school day and pupils who are 3, 4 and 5 years of age who are not enrolled in kindergarten but are receiving special educational services pursuant to NRS 388.435 must be stated as six-tenths of the unweighted count of enrollment.
