Section 385B.320 - Use of cameras and other recording equipment

1. A person who attends a game, contest or meet during the regular or postseason for a sanctioned sport in accordance with this chapter may, at his or her expense, use a camera or other equipment to record, on film or videotape, the game, contest or meet or any participant at the game, contest or meet.
2. The provisions of subsection 1 do not require any school that hosts a game, contest or meet specified in that subsection to provide assistance to a person using a camera or other equipment pursuant to that subsection.
