LIMITATIONS ON PARTICIPATION
Section 385B.380 - Forfeiture of game, contest or meet if pupil exceeds maximum allowed for sanctioned sport

If, during a school year, a pupil participates in a sanctioned sport as a member of a team and if, during that school year, the pupil exceeds the total number of games, contests or meets in which he or she may participate in the sanctioned sport pursuant to NAC 385B.378, the team of which the pupil is a member forfeits each game, contest or meet in which he or she participates as a member of the team that is conducted after exceeding that number.
