Section 385B.778 - Ineligible pupil: Scope of ineligibility

Any pupil who is ineligible to participate in a sanctioned sport pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, or the policies, rules or regulations of a school, a school district in which a school is located, or any state athletic association:
1. Does not become eligible to participate in the sanctioned sport at a school by transferring to that school; and
2. Remains ineligible to participate in the sanctioned sport for the period he or she is ineligible.
