As used in NAC 372A.100 to 372A.160, inclusive, and sections 2 to 11, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NAC 372A.110 to 372A.140, inclusive, and sections 2 to 10, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
