Section 361.698 - Qualifications of attorneys

If a party chooses to be represented by an attorney, the attorney must be an attorney in good standing who is admitted to practice in this State and maintains an office in this State or an attorney who is otherwise authorized to practice in the courts of this State pursuant to the rules of the Nevada Supreme Court.
