Section 355.520 - Factors for consideration by State Treasurer when determining whether to adopt certain findings

When determining whether to adopt the findings described in subsection 2 of NRS 355.345, the State Treasurer will consider, without limitation, investment safety, liquidity and securing a just and reasonable investment return while avoiding undue risk.
