Section 354.894 - Scope and construction of provisions; deviation from provisions

1. The provisions of NAC 354.880 to 354.942, inclusive:
(a) Govern the practice and
procedure for proceedings before the Committee to carry out the provisions of
NRS NRS
NRS 354.655 to
354.725,
inclusive.
(b) Must be liberally
construed to secure the just, speedy and economical determination of all issues
presented to the Committee to carry out the provisions of NRS NRS
NRS 354.655 to
354.725,
inclusive.
2. In special cases, where good cause appears, not contrary to statute, deviation from the provisions of NAC 354.880 to 354.942, inclusive, if stipulated to by all parties of record, will be permitted.
