Section 354.875 - Identification of certain conditions: Interpretation of certain statutory terms

As used in NRS NRS 354.685, the Committee interprets:

1. The term "decline" to mean a decline of 20 percent or more in the balance of the general fund of the local government.

2. "Past 2 years" to mean the past 2 fiscal years.
