Section 353B.400 - Failure to provide information requested by Board

If a purchaser fails to provide any information relating to a contract within a reasonable period after receiving a request from the Board for the provision of that information, the Board may terminate the contract and provide to the purchaser a refund according to the terms of the master agreement.
