Section 353B.680 - Refund of all or part of qualified distribution

A refund received from an institution of higher education of all or part of a distribution that is used to pay for qualified higher education expenses of a designated beneficiary must be remitted to the Plan Investment Manager for credit to the appropriate accounts for that designated beneficiary within 60 days after the date on which the refund is received by the Plan Investment Manager. A credit to an account made pursuant to this section must not exceed the amount of the refund received from an institution of higher education.
