Section 349.270 - Effect of approval of letter

The approval of a letter of intent by the Board does not guarantee or assure that any proposed water project will be financed, and only constitutes a preliminary step by which the Board may reasonably determine the likelihood that a viable water project can be developed, necessary permits obtained, and a feasible financial plan presented after an application is filed and processed.
