Section 349.275 - Submission of application and preliminary plan

Except as otherwise provided in NAC 349.420 and 349.425, after a letter of intent for a proposed water project is approved, an application and preliminary plan may be submitted to the Board for review and possible approval, subject to the conditions stated in NAC 349.280 to 349.320, inclusive.
