Section 341.081 - Notice to architects and engineers concerning budget

The Administrator shall inform the architects and engineers who prepare contract documents of the budget available for the construction. The Administrator shall require them to prepare those documents so that an acceptable bid within the amount of the budget can be obtained or to redesign the work at no cost to the State so that such a bid can be obtained.
