Chapter 322 - Use of Lands Associated With the Navigable Bodies of Water of This State
Section 322.030 - "Breakwater" defined

"Breakwater" means a man-made barrier which diminishes the force of waves to protect a harbor, marina, beach, shoreline or riverbank. The term includes a rock jetty, seawall, rock suppression or sheet piling.
