Section 321.448 - "Wetland" defined

"Wetland" means land having a water table at, near or above the land surface, or land that has been saturated with water for a period of time long enough to promote wetland or aquatic processes indicated by hydric soil, hydrophytic vegetation and other biological activity adapted to a wet environment.
